Following the official acquisition of Doosan Vina (in the Dung Quat Economic Zone, Quang Ngai), HD Hyundai Eco Vina is gradually implementing a strategy to expand production, develop new industrial sectors, and increase its workforce in Vietnam.

During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh congratulated Mr. Seunghyun Choi on his appointment as CEO of HD Hyundai Eco Vina; and highly appreciated the company's business strategy.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, in addition to traditional areas considered Doosan Vina's strengths in the past, such as designing, manufacturing, and producing oil and gas modules and equipment for seaports, HD Hyundai Eco Vina will continue to expand production into other fields, such as manufacturing lifting equipment, cranes, shipbuilding, and producing gas storage tanks for ocean-going vessels…

During the meeting, Mr. Seunghyun Choi shared the plans, strategies, and specific goals for HD Hyundai Eco Vina's production and business in the coming period.

Specifically, in addition to the 1,400 employees currently employed by Doosan Vina after the transfer, HD Hyundai Eco Vina plans to recruit approximately 1,500 more employees, bringing the total number of employees to nearly 3,000.

Mr. Seunghyun Choi also affirmed that he would inherit and continue to do well in community activities, social welfare, supporting people in difficult circumstances, implementing medical examination and treatment programs for the people… which Doosan Vina had previously implemented very effectively.

Welcoming HD Hyundai Eco Vina's plan to expand production and business, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested the enterprise to pay special attention to human resource training, employing local labor, and actively contributing to the community, supporting the poor and vulnerable…

At the same time, the Vietnamese Government always pays attention to and creates favorable conditions for foreign investors, including HD Hyundai Eco Vina, to expand cooperation and invest effectively and sustainably in Vietnam.
